Mel was an incredibly kind person who always tried her best. She loved the Yankees and used to go down to FL every year to watch their spring training. She loved telling me stories about her children and grandchildren, and it was clear from how she spoke how deeply she loved them. I am thankful we were both born in a time where we were able to cross paths and become friends. Though we are separated for now, I know her journey continues. Someday, I'll catch up and we'll both have a drink to the occasion. Thank you, Mel. ~ Olivia

Mel was a wonderful person who cared dearly for her family and friends. She was a great human being, a pleasure to know and work with her. She was a dear friend, a part of my family for over 30 years and will be surely missed and never forgotten. Love you Mel. God bless.
