I met Mary in September 1972 when we both attended Ridgewood School of Art. This funny, lively girl soon won my heart and we became fast friends to this day. In the summer of ‘74 we got jobs and roomed together at Fudgies Apartments in Wildwood. It seemed like the laughter would never end. We always stayed in touch and I was so glad when she married Rich, and for the happiness they enjoyed together. The last few years were hard as she succumbed to health issues and was confined to a nursing home. During our phone calls her spirits would invariably rise and we’d wind up laughing together over happy memories. Rest In Peace, my dear friend.
