Betty carried a quiet strength and grace that spoke louder than words. She showed us what it means to walk in faith, to be present, and to love others with kindness and sincerity. Whether through a warm smile, a gentle word, or simply her presence she brought light into the lives of those around her. Her life was a testimony of faith lived out daily, and that is something we can all strive to carry forward. May we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace, and may her memory continue to bless and guide us.

Dear Ones: Jeanette, Cynthia, Gordon and Glenn, your Mother's love and influence will always be a part of you. We were blessed that it touched our lives, too. It was so special having her with us in Florida on New Year's eve for Bible study. Her sweet message warmed and inspired, as always. We're holding you close in our hearts as you remember your Mother's beautiful spirit. With love, Joan (Crane) and Wayne Bixby

The more time we were privileged to spend in Betty's company, the more we came to understand her big heart and all the gospel meant to her. Her resilience in life and how tightly she held to her faith in the God that gave her hope and life will always be an example to us. Thank you Betty, along with Glenn and Jeanette, for opening your home and hearts to us. We are forever grateful! -the Laird family

I will never forget the day I met Betty. I was an unsophisticated 14 year-old farm girl and she was a sophisticated working woman from the city. She was so warm and kind. I liked her right away. Through the years (more than 70) I admired her strength and determination. She handled very difficult experiences with grace and confidence. I will always cherish the memories of our family gatherings. Love, Priscilla Gingrich

Hebrews 12:1-2 KJVAE [1] Wherefore, seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, [2] looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. We were so privileged to be witness to your race and the grace in which you carried your cross! Our dearest friend and powerful contender for our faith, you will be greatly missed ! We thank you for your excellent example of hospitality and Christ like love. Until we meet again rest well Betty. Love, Shirley Cox and Family
