Obituary of Mary Ann Cirilli

Mary Ann Cirilli (nee Dahlinger, fondly known as Meemee, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, March 11, 2025 at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ, surrounded by her loving family. She was 64 years young. 

Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, she had lived in Westfield, NJ before coming to Parsippany-Troy Hills NJ 24 years ago.

Mary Ann met her love, Jerome Cirilli, and they were married in 1985. They would have celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary this coming May.

A dedicated homemaker, and loving wife and mother, her home was a place of warmth and love.  In earlier years, she had also worked as a daycare teacher at the East Orange Day Care Center.

A voracious reader, Mary Ann also loved watching TV soap operas and playing gin rummy; and was the world's biggest "Donny Osmond Fan!" 

Preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Dorothy (nee Olsen) Dahlinger; she is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Jerome Cirilli; her three cherished children, Christopher Cirilli, Joseph Cirilli, and Kimberly Cirilli all of Parsippany; three loving siblings, Robert Dahlinger of Franklin Park, NJ, Dorothy Bindus and her husband, Ray of Clinton, NJ and Karen Allen and her husband, Ash of Washington Township, NJ; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael Cirilli and his wife, Veronica, John Cirilli; many devoted nieces and nephews (Danielle and Kevin Boyer, Christine and Nicholas Margo, Robert Dahlinger, Jessica and Corey Kuhling, Amanda and Matthew Fernandes, Shannon Bindus, Nijl and Kayla Allen, Danielle and Johnny Glisci, Nicole Cirilli, Michael Cirilli, Amanda Cirilli, and John Cirilli); her treasured great nieces and nephews (Kayla, Adalyn, Elliana, Jacob, Nathan, Hailey, Jonathan, Charlie, Isabella, Lucas, Carleigh, Elliot and Sawyer); and her beloved dog "Sweetie" the Pitbull. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation on Thursday, March 13, 2025, 6:00pm to 8:00pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 NorthBeverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, NJ. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, March 14, 2025, 10:00am at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church,  Parsippany. Cremation will be private.  In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for memorial gifts to either the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the American Diabetes Association or the Lupus Foundation of America.
