Obituary of Stanley W. Habinowski
Stanley W. Habinowski, lovingly known as Stas, 73, of Monroe Township passed away peacefully on March 26th after a long and courageous battle with illness. Though his health challenged him in later years, he remained a source of love and strength for his family.
Born in Jersey City to the late Stanley Sr. and Harriet Bilicki, Stanley was one of five children to bless the Habinowski family.
For many years, Stanley built a career as a dedicated truck driver with Carrier Industries. He took pride in his work, traveling countless miles to provide for his family. His strong work ethic and commitment were evident.
Before illness changed his path, he found joy in his workshop, where he could fix just about anything. Stas could tinker all day long. He was a man who could build, repair, and create with his hands. Whether working on a home project or tinkering with something in need of repair, he took pride in his craftsmanship.
He was also a man who enjoyed life’s simple pleasures. He was a history buff and never missed a chance to watch WWE wrestling. These moments brought him happiness and an opportunity to share the excitement with those around him.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary in 2017 and his brother Lenny Habinowski in 2020. Since then his children have cared for him, ensuring he was surrounded by comfort.
His strength, resilience, and unwavering love for his family will never be forgotten.
He is survived by his daughter Lauren N. Habinowski and his son Michael S. Habinowski, his siblings Kenneth Habinowski, Theresa Fallon, Cynthia Montanez; and many more relatives and friends.
Arrangements were entrusted to the S. J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service.
