Obituary of Frances S. Tsukroff

Frances Tsukroff (nee Bernstein) passed away peacefully Monday morning, April 14, 2025, at her Parsippany, NJ home surrounded by her cherished family. She was 85.

Born and raised in Bronx, NY she had been a resident of Parsippany since 1969. Mrs. Tsukroff earned her associate’s degree from Bronx Community College, Bronx, NY. She held several management roles at the Sears and Roebuck Department Store in Wayne, NJ. She later worked as a customer service representative at Seabreeze Co. before retiring.  

Mrs. Tsukroff was a member of the former Lake Hiawatha Jewish Center and its Hadassah Chapter, and member of the Pine Brook Jewish Center. She was also a member of the Parsippany Senior Center where she was an avid Mahjong player.

Preceded in death by her parents of blessed memory, Leo and Doris (nee Erlich) Bernstein; Frances is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Martin Tsukroff; three beloved children, Alyssa Tsukroff of New York, NY, Lee Tsukroff and his wife, Barbara of Towaco, NJ, and Steven Tsukroff and his wife, Leslie of Clinton, NJ; her dear brother, David Martin Bernstein; and her three grandchildren who were the center of her life, Matthew, Marc and Daniel Tsukroff.  She was also a beloved Aunt and Great Aunt.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Wednesday, April 16, 2024, 11:00am at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, NJ. Rabbi Menachem Toren will officiate. Interment will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, NJ. Visiting will also be held at the Tsukroff residence Wednesday evening from 6-8 and on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm.
