Obituary of Bhupendra B. Dave

Bhupendra B. Dave passed away peacefully Monday, May 5, 2025 at the Holly Manor Nursing Home in Mendham, NJ in the presence of his family. He was 82.  

Born in Nadiad, India, Mr. Dave immigrated to the United States in 1970, initially settling in Perth Amboy, NJ. He and his late wife, Usha moved to the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany-Troy Hills in 1978 where they raised their two children.

He earned his Bachelor's Degree in engineering from the Sardar Patel University in Anand, India. 

Mr. Dave had been a mechanical engineer with Weber & Scher Manufacturing of Newark, NJ and later Clinton, NJ for many years before his retirement.  

Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 55 years, Usha B. Dave (nee Shukla); Bhupendra is survived by his two loving children, Sonal Dave of Morristown, NJ, and Dr. Nilesh Dave and his wife, Mona, of Dallas, TX; five brothers, Navinchandra Dave of India, Harish Dave of India Bharat Dave of Houston, TX, Girish Dave of India, and Yogesh "Baba" Dave of Morristown, NJ,  and his cherished twin granddaughters, Nina and Jayna Dave. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation and Puja Funeral Services on Thursday, May 8, 12:00pm to 2:30pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, NJ. Cremation will follow at Rosedale Crematory, Montclair, NJ. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in honor of Bhupendra can be made to the charity of your choice.
