Obituary of Indira H. Patel

Mrs. Indira H. Patel passed away peacefully Saturday morning, June 28, 2025 at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ surrounded by her loving family. She was 78 years old.

Born in Sunav, Gujarat, India, Mrs. Patel immigrated to the United States in 1986, originally settling in Parsippany, NJ. She had lived in Denville, NJ for the last 14 years.

A homemaker, Mrs. Patel was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Her home was a place of warmth and love.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hareshbhai Patel in 1995, she is survived by her two loving children, Sejal K. Patel and her husband, Ketan of Parsippany, NJ, and Nitesh H. Patel and his wife, Dipa of Denville, NJ; six dear siblings, Hasmukbhai Patel, Vilashben Patel, Rameshbhai Patel, Chadrakantbhai Patel, Gauttanbhai Patel, and Sudhaben Patel; and her four adoring grandchildren, Prathi, Arshi, Farrah and Maya.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Puja Funeral Service on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 10:00am to 12:00pm at Rosedale Crematory, 408 Orange Road, Montclair, NJ. Cremation will follow.
