I will always remember your goofy, big heart.
From the old days of "breaking night" and setting off car alarms with your bass tape down the Jersey city streets. To telling jokes with jj and trying to scare everyone on halloween.
A big kid at heart who wanted to make everyone laugh.
Who would know that the day steven and I first met you, would turn into so many memories.
May you rest in peace now and look down on all your family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Victor's passing. He was so helpful to some of my residents at the group home. A blessing to have around here, so helpful and kindhearted... I mourn his sudden passing.

Victor was the epitome of a Gentle Giant, he carried so much love in his heart for so many, even those who had none to offer him. If there was anything he could do to make someone's day brighter, he was usually determined to make that happen. Vic would give the shirt off his back, or the Nikes to his fiancé 's best friend just to see them both smile. He was so much kinder than anyone on the street passing by would have guessed. You will be missed Vic, long loved & never forgotten. Rest now ♥︎

Victor, my brother from another, you were loved more than you ever could have known, you meant the world to me. You always had my back and i never doubted it. To say I'll miss you is an understatement. So many memories! You will never ever be forgotten. To his loved ones, i send my deepest heartfelt condolences and I will be praying for all of you. Trust that he is in a better place, and we all will meet up again. May the Holy Ghost comfort all of you and may you be drenched in the Lord's love and support. Much love to all.
