I just found out. Obviously, Joe's passing was quite a surprise and he will be missed by all who knew him.
He was more than a valued partner in many endeavors (golf committee, investments advisor and a partner in one of my company's). He always had creative advice and although I did not agree with him all the time, his advice was always welcome. This was what a great partnership is built on̈.
Marsha, I could go on forever, but he will be missed.
I enjoyed the time we spent together in South Carolina and we spoke for quite a while and of course we played golf. Aside from you and his family golf was his passion,, he always had advice for me.
Hedda and I wish you and the family good health and happiness. If you need anything please do not hesitate to call.

Over 30 years ago, when I first met Joey, we discovered that he and Marsha and Chuck and I were married on the same December day in 1969. It was the day of a massive snowstorm in the Northeast and when Joey learned that that was also our wedding day he said “Do you remember that snowstorm?” It was indeed memorable! The four of us bonded over that snowstorm and we’ve had many memorable times since then. We will always remember Joey fondly.

Q: What was one of the qualities of Joseph that you loved most?
A: Joe was about giving! I was never with him when he did not ask "what can I do for you" Although he was a kidder he was serious when asking if there was anything he could do for you. Just recently when he first went into the hospital, I told him about a minor problem I was having. Here he was fighting for his life and all he wanted was to know what he could do for me. He was a very dear and important friend to me and I miss him already.....Len

Joe was always so much more than our financial investment advisor, a genuinely warm hearted good man who took a real interest in our lives and families.
