Obituary of Eileen A. Plock
Eileen Ann (Lacki) Plock, 76, of Parsippany, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026, leaving a void in the hearts of the many lives she touched.
Born in Newark, NJ on December 3, 1949, to Bronislaw and Edwina Lacki, Eileen grew up with a spirit of service and a sharp mind. She was a graduate of Union High School and Fairleigh Dickinson University, eventually dedicating her professional career to Chubb
and Sons Insurance Company as an actuary where she was a valued and respected employee.
Beyond her professional life, Eileen was a cornerstone of her community. In her younger years, she found joy and connection within the Polish Falcons of America and her local bowling league. Her greatest community impact, however, was felt on the sidelines and in the boardrooms of local youth sports. Serving as President of the Par-Troy East Little League (1991-1992) and leading the Parsippany High School Football and Wrestling Booster Associations, she was a fierce advocate for local athletes.
Eileen was known for her "nuggets of wisdom;" and an open heart that welcomed friends as if they were family. Whether she was solving a Sudoku puzzle, enjoying a game on her tablet, or playing with her beloved dogs, Eileen embraced the simple joys of life.
Her legacy of love continues through her devoted husband, Edward David Plock; her loving son, David (Jasmine) Klimaski; and her four cherished grandchildren, Lincoln, Grant, John, and Raiden Klimaski, all of whom brought her immense pride and joy.
She will be remembered for her strength, warmth, love and kindness she shared with her family and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
All are invited to celebrate Eileen’s vibrant life during visiting hours on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Servcie, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 10:00am at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church in Parsippany. Private Cremation will follow.
