Kamalaben B. Tarpara (nee Savalia) passed away peacefully Sunday morning, June 28, 2026 at the Morris View Nursing Home in Morris Township surrounded by her loving family. She was 85 years old.
Born in Amreli, Gujarat, India, Kamalaben lived most of her life in India before coming to the United States in 1998, settling in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ.
A devoted wife, sister, and grandmother, Kamalaben was the heart and soul of her family. She had such strong affection for children. Their laughter brought her the greatest joy, and she showered them with endless warmth. Her love lived in the quiet details. She noticed the smallest things, such as remembering everyone's favorite meals and sensing exactly when someone needed comfort or extra love. Beneath this care lay her quiet strength, even when facing major health battles, she fought through them with immense resilience, never letting her own pain overshadow her love for her family. Kamalaben's life was full of unconditional love and her powerful devotion lives on in the hearts of the children, grandchildren, and family.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Balubhai. Survivors include her six children, Nalinbhai, Sumitraben, Jasumatiben, Ashwinbhai, Rajesh, and Parul; and her twelve adored grandchildren, Kiran, Ankur, Tejas, the late Abhilash, Hinal, Ashish, Sweta, Bhumi, Arpit, Bansari, Shubhm, and Meehira.
