Obituary of CARMEN LOPEZ

Carmen Lopez passed away Thursday afternoon, March 28, 2013 at the Regency Grand Nursing Home in Dover following a brief illness. She was 88. Born in New York, New York, Ms. Lopez had lived most of her life there before moving to Dover 10 years ago. She had been the proprietor of El Swing De La Moda clothing store in the Bronx for many years before retiring. Survivors include her daughter, Elsie Moore of New Bern, NC., her two sons, Honorato Reyes of Yonkers, NY, and Richard Hernandez of Andover, NJ; a brother, Raymond of Tarrytown, NY; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
