Donald Kopf died suddenly Thursday morning, June 20, 2013 at his home in Parsippany.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he was a resident of Montville TownShip before moving to Parsippany 20 years ago.
Mr. Kopf had worked as a sales clerk with Morris Brick in Morristown. Previously, he was the owner of DMB Trucking in Jersey City for many years, retiring 20 years ago.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Delores Gierla; five children, William Kopf of Philipsburg, Liz Mazur of Lake Hopatcong, Barbara Assante of Parsippany, Brian Kopf of Hoboken, and Steven Kopf of Montville; ten grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to join in a celebration of Donald's life on Tuesday, June 25, 4-7pm at the home of his son Steven Kopf, 67 Changebridge Road, Montville, NJ 07045.
