Obituary of KANTABEN BABULAL THORIA

Kantaben Babulal Thoria passed away Friday afternoon, July 19, 2013 at the Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Rahway following a sudden illness while visiting with her daughter's family in New Jersey. She was 83. Born in Dhandhuka, Gujarat, India she immigrated to the United States 26 years ago. She had lived in New Jersey before moving to Ypsilanti, Michigan 17 years ago. Mrs. Thoria was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a brother, Chimanlal Parmar; and a sister, Lalitaben Makawana. Survivors include: her husband, Babulal Thoria; a son, Yogesh Thoria of Yipsilanti, MI.; three daughters, Jyotsna Shah of Avenel, NJ, Geeta Rathod of Ypsilanti, MI, and Rinku Parikh of Highland, NY; two brothers, Pradhumanbahi Parmar and Jyntilal Parmar; a sister, Daymantiben Kapuriya; and nine grandchildren.
