Obituary of JOHN F. COUGHLIN

John F. Coughlin Jr. passed away Wednesday morning, September 11, 2013 at Care One at Morris in Parsippany. He was 83. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a resident of Queens, NY before moving to Parsippany , NJ in 1975. Mr. Coughlin served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was stationed in Germany. He had worked as an office manager with the Nabisco Foods Company of new York and later, East Hanover for over 38 years, before retiring 28 years ago. He was preceded in death by his brother, Father Charles Coughlin, SSJ and a sister, Sister Mary Angela Coughlin, SSJ. Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Ellen (nee Yannotti); a brother, James V. Coughlin of Queens, NY; a sister, Anne Marie Fasulo of East Rockaway, NY, and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of one's choice.
