Obituary of FRANZ HIMMELSBACH

Franz Himmelsbach passed away Sunday morning, Nov. 24, 2013 at the Fritz Reuter Lifecare Center in North Bergen. He was 90. Born in Europe, he was a longtime resident of Germany before immigrating in the United States in 1957 and settling in Clifton. He had been a resident of North Bergen for the last 5 years. Mr. Himmelsbach had worked as a manager with Henkel Process Chemical Company in Carlstadt for 35 years retiring 25 years ago. He is survived by his children, Frank Himmelsbach of Towaco, Richard Himmelsbach of Lincoln Park, and Hilda Erli and her husband Edward of Montville; a brother Peter Himmelsbach of Germany; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
