Jay A. Jacenty (nee Zablotny) passed away Saturday morning, March 29, 2014 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover. She was 88.
Born and raised in Newark, she had resided in Parsippany since 1966.
A homemaker, Mrs. Jacenty had been a caregiver in a Day Care Center years earlier.
Jay was preceded in death by her husband Peter M. Jacenty in 2006, as well as her siblings.
She was a loving and caring mother and friend and will be missed by her daughters Marcia Ann Jacenty and Lynn Jacenty both of Parsippany.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942, would be appreciated.
