Obituary of JOHN A. MARINO

John A. Marino, 85, passed away suddenly Tuesday, April 1, 2104 at his home in Victory Gardens. Born and raised in Bronx, NY, he had lived in Parsippany before moving to Victory Gardens in 1988. Mr. Marino served proudly in the United States Navy during World War II. He had worked as a manager with AT & T in New York, and later as a printer with Copy Depot in Randolph before retiring 10 years ago. He was a longtime parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church where he served as an usher. He was also an avid bowler and belonged to a bowling league. Mr. Marino was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Florence; and is survived by his daughters, Sharon Chapman of Randolph, and Susan Spagnardi and her husband Robert of Parsippany ; three grandchildren, Jason Chapman, and Allan and Ashlee Spagnardi; a niece, Jackie Parry and her husband Bill; and two nephews, Carmine and Robert Marino.
