Never Be Forgotten
We little knew that morning
God was to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you,
You are always at our side.
The family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
God saw that you were getting tired,
A cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around you
and whispered, "Come with Me.".
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes "the best"!
-Love Always,
Krysy Siara XOXO

It's impossible to put into one word the importance of our friendship and how much George meant to me. He positively influenced my life in so many ways and I will miss him with all of my heart.
George's best traits were that he always lived his life to the fullest and loved to laugh and smile, no matter where life took him, he knew he could count on his family and friends to be there for him, support him and always love him unconditionally .
George was a picture of iron-willed strength and always encouraged us to go for our goals, and if you had trouble reaching those goals, George was right behind you encouraging you not to give up! He was not just a strong man but gentle man as well. He had a heart of gold and would do everything possible to help you succeed in everything you do!
When George and Helen came to this country my parents Roger and Jadwiga welcomed them with open arms, and in return when I come to this country George and Helen were one of the first people that I met and George then welcomed me with open arms. Because of his warm smile and a heart filled with nothing but love I immediately gave him a big hug and truly understood what "love of a family" was all about!
He always showed us how important it was to be honest, hardworking and to be there when needed. He emphasized the value of family and was a perfect example of how to act as a husband, father and grandfather. He could lighten up any room with his silly but engaging jokes and loud belly laughs. Everyone who knew him adored his caring and compassionate attitude towards life.
No matter what the situation George always took a positive attitude and was a true role model in all our lives. He would always say that family and friends are the most important things in life and should take priority. This is one of the most important values that he taught us and will remain in our minds and hearts forever!
George cared deeply for everyone he knew, whether you were a family member, friend or coworker. He was always willing to help out someone in need and had a very kind heart. George had numerous friends and his house was often filled with friends and family!
He gave his all to care for his family and extended his love and generosity to those outside of his family as well, willing to help others in any way he could. George was very handy and never afraid to get his hands dirty - rolled up his sleeves and said "When do we start"….. For example, hearing the story of George helping his sister out by painting the outside of her 6 family house all by himself just shows how dedicated he is to his family- no matter what the case may be!
I know there are a lot of people right now hurting, because George was such a bright light in our lives. His children and grandchildren have lost such a special loved one. George was the friend we knew who would do anything for anyone. He was a gentle soul with many fine qualities as well, and was smart as a whip.
George had a great way with people. He didn't mind helping you if you needed it. He loved teaching his children and grandchildren all the life lessons they needed to learn. He instilled in them all the values he lived his life by and I can see a little bit of George in all his grandchildren's bright beautiful faces, and I know that he was proud to have such a beautiful family. George was a man who knew how lucky he was.
It's hard to think that we are not going to get to see George anymore. While we miss him here we know that he is now in a better place looking down at all of us and smiling. There will never be another like George and we need to remember to have a little adventure in our lives and not take everything so seriously and for granted. That's how George lived his life, and it worked for him. Let's celebrate his life by trying to take time to smell the roses and live in the moment. I know he will be along for the ride in our hearts.
