Obituary of JANINA JASTALSKA

Janina Jastalska (nee Baran) passed away Monday, June 9, 2014 at Morristown Medical Center following a battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 73. Born in Lazek Zaklikowski, Poland, she was a lifelong resident of Poland before immigrating to the United States 5 years ago, settling in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. A homemaker, Mrs. Jastalska was a communicant of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church in Boonton, and St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Parsippany. Predeceased by her husband John Jastalska; she is survived by her daughter, Magdalena Markowski and her husband Pawel of Lake Hiawatha; a sister, Romualda Olszowy of Florham Park; and two granddaughters, Marta and Claudia Markowski. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of one's choice.
