Mr. Patel was born in Baroda, Gujarat, India. He immigrated to the United States in 2001, settling in Parsippany.
Mr. Patel was a business analyst with Millenium International Services, Inc. based in Layton, Utah since 2001.
Survivors include his wife, Rimple S. Patel; his two sons, Harsh J. Patel and Darsh J. Patel; his mother, Urmila S. Patel; a brother, Riken Patel; and a sister, Trupti Nikhil Jhaveri.
