Agnes D'Agostino (nee Ugliarolo) passed away Tuesday morning, Nov,. 25, 2014 at the Chelsea at Montville.
Born and raised in Nutley, NJ she was a longtime resident of Montclair, NJ and had also lived in Penfield, NY before coming to Montville in 2009.
A homemaker, Mrs. D'Agostino was preceded in death by her husband Michael; and her siblings, John, Nick, Joseph, and Sam Ugliarolo and Lillian Krayniak.
Survivors include two daughters, Rose Marie Bohr and her husband George, and Joanne Darveaux and her husband Terry; 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
