Marilyn J. Evans (nee Johonnot) passed away suddenly Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014 at her home in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. She was 70.
Born in Paterson, NJ she had been a resident of Fairfield before moving to Lake Hiawatha in 1970.
Ms. Evans had worked as a mail clerk with the Law Firm of Fein, Such, Kahn, and Shepherd in Parsippany for the last 8 years. Previously she had worked with various party supply stores in the area.
Ms. Evans is survived by her children, Tina Atieh and her husband Charles of Wayne, NJ, James A. Evans of Mount Tabor, NJ, and Michael Evans and his wife Julie of Basking Ridge, NJ; and five grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Lyla, Christopher, and Lindsey. She was preceded in death by her brother Stephen Johonnot.
