Obituary of ALLIE M. HUNT

Allie M. Hunt Jr., known as "Al" passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 70. Born in Warner-Robbins, GA. he had lived in Paterson and Pompton Lakes before coming to Montville eight years ago. Mr. Hunt had served proudly in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a financial advisor with Axa Equitable in New York and Pompton Lakes for 30 years retiring in 2006. Previously, he was an inspector with U.S. Testing in Fairfield. Mr. Hunt was a member of the NRA. Preceded in death by his father, Allie M. Hunt Sr., he is survied by his mother, Shiela (nee Lindenthaler) Hunt; a sister, Barbara Garrison; four nieces and nephews, Barbara Ann, Michelle, Robert and Gardner; and his dear friend, Dot Makosky with whom he lived.
