Jennie Marie Lastra passed away suddenly, Thursday, Jan.15, 2015 at her home in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. She was 51.
Born in New York NY, she had lived in Bloomfield before coming to Lake Hiawatha 23 years ago.
Ms. Lastra earned her Associates Degree in nursing from West Essex Community College.
She had worked as a nurse with Clara Mass Hospital in Belleville and Chilton Hospital in Pompton Plains.
She is survived by her mother, Clara Piedrahita of Lake Hiawatha.
