Obituary of MICHAEL LEONARD TUMOLO

Michael Leonard Tumolo, of Towaco, died on February 4, 2015 at his home, he was 67 years old. Mr. Tumolo was born and raised in Brooklyn N.Y. before moving to North Jersey many years ago. Michael started his career at J.C Penny. He remained in the retail legal division of several companies until he was brought in to establish the in-house legal department at Toys 'R' Us in 1981. He was the Vice President Real Estate Counsel for Toys 'R' Us for 34 years. Mr. Tumolo is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. He enjoyed boating and fishing at his shore house in Tuckerton and he loved music and enjoyed performing for family and friends. He is survived by his wife Diane (nee Redules), his children, Michelle Tumolo and Michael Tumolo, his brother Richard and his wife Cynthia, his sister-in-law Deborah Gavin and her husband Michael, his aunt Frances and his cousins Lenny and Frank and his faithful companions Jake and Remy; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
