Paul Koert passed away suddenly, February 8, 2015 at his home in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany.
Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong resident of Lake Hiawatha.
Mr. Koert was a driver with John Johnson Dodge in Parsippany. Previously he worked as a shipper with Ashland Chemical in Kearny.
He was a volunteer firefighter with the Lake Hiawatha Fire Department for over 50 years.
Preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Solveig (nee Gresen); and a sister, Carol Koert; Survivors include his brother, Neil W. Koert and his wife Carmita.
