I am saddened to hear of this until months afterwards. I had hoped to see you again during your retirement Dr. PPL but missed out. It was great working with and for you. Good Bye my dear friend Phito,
You sudden departure has come with much tumult for your family and for those who have been close to you during your professional life.
My memories of you go back to much earlier, in grade school, as classmates,in Cap-Haitian at these Institutions where we were shaped together: les "Freres de l'Instruction Chretienne" et le College Notre Dame.
These memories will remain forever Special.
