Walter Bersinger Gallup died Friday, February 20, 2015 on Staten Island, NY. He was 66.
Born in Queens, NY, he was a resident of Manhattan before moving to Staten Island, NY in 1979.
He earned his Bachelors Degree from Cooper Union College in New York.
A copy editor, Mr. Gallup had worked in this capacity with various marketing firms in Manhattan, most recently the MRM-McCann Company for several years.
Preceded in death by his parents Walter B. and Clara Gallup, he is survived by is brothers, Raymond Gallup and his wife Helen of Lake Hiawatha, NJ and William Gallup of Iowa; one niece; and one nephew.
At the family's request, all arrangements are private.
