Obituary of BALACHANDRA V. ULLAL

Lt. Col. Balachandra Vamas Ullal passed away suddenly Wednesday morning, February 25, 2015 at St. Clares's/ Dover General Hospital. He was 86. Born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, he had lived many years in India and had travelled to the United states for over 20 years before settling her permanently 5 years ago. He had lived in Queens, NY before coming to the Pine Brook section of Montville Township four years ago. Mr. Ullal hasd served as an officer in the Indian Army for 30 years before his retirement. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Antionette (nee Lobo) Ullal; three children, Vanita Ullal Rodrigues of Bayside, NY, Sudhir Ullal of Pine Brook, NJ, and Samir Ullal of West Orange, NJ; and three grandchildren, Omar, Karina, and Mikaila.
