Alberta V. Ciccarelli (nee Scigliano) passed away Wednesday morning, March 25, 2015 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville following an extended illness. She was 96.
Born and raised in New York, NY, Mrs. Ciccarelii was a longtime resident of Carmel, NY before coming to Parsippany Troy Hills in 1980.
She had worked as a seamstress with R & M Garment Factory while living in New York City, retiring many years ago.
Mrs. Ciccarelli was a former member of the Baldwin Oaks Seniors in Parsippany.
Preceded in death by her husband James V. Ciccarelli in 1977; she is survived by her loving daughter, Lorraine Monopoli and her husband Vincent (Jimmy) of Carmel, NY; two grandchildren, Dominick Monopoli Sr. and Karen McMann; and two great-grandchildren, Dominick Monopoli Jr and Thomas McCann.
Visitation and services were held privately on Saturday morning, March 28, 2015. Interment was at the Raymond Hill Cemetery, Carmel, NY.
