Obituary of ARLENE TAYLOR RANSOM

Arlene Taylor Ransom passed away Monday morning, July 13, 2015 at her home in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. She was 83. Born in Orange, NJ, she was a resident of Morristown before moving to Lake Hiawatha in 1982. Mrs. Ransom had worked as a typist with Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance in Basking Ridge before retiring in 1990. Previously, she was a nursing assistant at King James Nursing Home in Chatham. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Ransom, her son, Clifford Ransom Jr., and her daughter, Rita Courtright. Survivors include her children, David Ransom and his wife Pat of Morris Plains, Steven Ransom and his wife Sue of Morristown, and Lindo-Jo Ransom of Lake Hiawatha; her son-in-law, Harold Courtright; three grandsons, Mathew, Duane, and Adam, and her great-granddaughter, Destiny.
