Richard E. Dayne passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015 at his home in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he had lived in Lake Ariel, PA before coming to Lake Hiawatha in 1984.
Mr. Dayne had worked as a non -denominational chaplain for many years.
He was a member of Temple Adath Shalom in Parsippany and was active in Right to Life Causes.
Preceded in death by his wife, Diane (Erlichman), and a brother, Barry Dayne; he is survived by his loving daughter, Dorian Dayne Nazarian and her husband James of Morris Plains; two sisters, Anita Geffon and Lila Dayne; and two grandchildren, Eve and Jacob Nazarian.
Shivah will be held Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-10pm at the home of his daughter Dorian Nazarian.. Please call the funeral home at 973-335-4700 for additional details.
