Michael Kosec, 91, passed away Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover.
Born and raised in Kearny, he had lived in Maplewood, Union and Toms River before moving to Montville in 2003.
Mr. Kosec had been a salesman with Reliance Electric in Pine Brook for 30 years, retiring in 1989.
He was a member of St. Pius X R.C. Church in Montville, and past president of the St. Joseph's Holy Name Society of Maplewood. He was Captain of the Shuffleboard League in Toms River and member of the Bocce League in Montville.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Therese Dorothy (nee Dolan); beloved children, Michael Kosec and wife Diane, Ellen Sharpe and husband Mitchell, Marianne Terry and husband Bob, Karen Donaway and husband Joe; cherished grandchildren, Caitlin & Ryan, Meagan, Glenn, Brian, Kerianne, Jenny, Will, and Ryan and many treasured nieces and nephews.
