Obituary of PATRICIA D. ABRANTES

Patricia D. "Tricia" Abrantes (nee Dragone) passed away Thursday April 7, 2016, at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clare's Hospital in Dover, surrounded by her family. She was 49 years old. Born in Jersey City, Tricia was a lifelong resident of the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. She earned her degree nursing from Morris County College. She was a registered nurse and had worked at St. Clare's Hospital, serving in Denville, Boonton Township and most recently in Dover. Tricia was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Ann Dragone (nee Colombo). She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Mario C. Abrantes; her two children, Gina Abrantes and Mario Abrantes of Lake Hiawatha; her father, Pasquale Dragone of Lake Hiawatha; her sister, Annette Pacelli and her husband Richard of North Caldwell; and her niece and nephews, Gionna and Richard Pacelli and Anthony and Timothy Abrantes. She will also be missed by her dog "Mister."
