Obituary of ANTOINETTE GLEAVE

Antoinette Gleave (nee Fortino) passed away Thursday morning, May 5, 2016 at Stratford Manor Care Center in West Orange. She was 68. Born and raised in Newark, NJ she was a longtime resident of the Ironbound section before moving to the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany in 2008. Mrs. Gleave had worked as a secretary with the Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. in Newark before her retirement. She was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church in Newark, and its Mount Carmel Society. Survivors include her husband of 42 years, William Gleave; two children, Anthony Gleave and his wife Marisa of Belleville, and Anne G. Smith and her husband Brian of Lake Hiawatha; a brother, Joseph Fortino of Brick; and two grandchildren, Cathryn and Emmet Smith.
