Obituary of SYLVIA S. MAINENTI

Sylvia S. Mainenti passed away Tuesday morning, May 17, 2016 at the Lakeview Rehabilitation and Care Center in Wayne, following an extended illness, she was 89. Born in Paterson, she was a lifelong resident. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Education from the former Montclair State College. Ms. Mainenti was a school teacher with the Hawthorne Public School System for many years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of the New Jersey Education Association. She is survived by her brother, Edward Mainenti of Florida, her niece Patrice Mainenti, her nephews John and Mark Mainenti. She was preceded in death by her parents John W. Mainenti and Angelina (nee Aquila) Mainenti, and her brother William Mainenti.
