Jewel Ann Pyskaty, 69, passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville.
Born in Jersey City, she had lived in Secaucus before coming to Parsippany in 1970.
Mrs. Pyskaty was a homemaker.
She had been a volunteer librarian and teacher's aide with the Parsippany Schools and also a Boy Scouts Den Mother in Parsippany.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Edward C. Pyskaty Sr.; four children, Denise Riccio and her husband Nicholas of Howell, Patricia Pyskaty of Atlanta, Ga., Edward C. Pyskaty Jr. of Wall, and David Pyskaty and his companion Jessica Troup of Parsippany; 13 grandchildren, Jewel Ann Domino, Nicholas Riccio, Jr., R.J. Cosma, John Riccio, Edward C. Pyskaty III, Samantha Pyskaty, Dylan Pyskaty, Jack Pyskaty, Mary Pyskaty, David Pyskaty, Jr., Molly Pyskaty, Eva Troup, and Jameson Troup; two great-grandchildren, Siri and Jewel Ann; and her former daughter-in-law, Dawn Pyskaty.
