Obituary of BARRY ALAN RICH

Barry Alan Rich passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 at Morristown Medical Center in the presence of his family. He was 79. Born in Brooklyn, New York , he had lived in New City, New York before moving to Lake Worth, Florida 13 years ago. Mr. Rich served in the United States Army Reserves during the Vietnam War. He earned his Bachelors Degree from New York University. Mr. Rich was the owner of D.J. Sportswear in the Garment District of New York for many years before his retirement. He is survived by his beloved wife, Gail L. (nee Fried) Rich; his four loving children, Lisa Guggenheimer of Great Neck, NY, Robin Bell of Pound Ridge, NY, Jonathan Rich of Flanders, NJ and David Rich of Freehold, NJ; and thirteen grandchildren. Private Graveside Services will be held at Montefiore Cemetery in Springfield Gardens, NY under the direction of Rabbi Arik Wolf.
