William A. Albert, 73, passed away Wednesday morning, November 30, 2016 at Morristown Medical Center.
Born and raised in Livingston, NJ, he was a resident of Caldwell, NJ before moving to Parsippany, NJ over 50 years ago.
Mr. Albert served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War Era.
A member of the Teamsters Local 560, he was a longtime truck driver with the ABF Trucking Company (formerly Carolina and Consolidated Trucking) of Pine Brook for many years, retiring 8 years ago.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Valerie (nee Neslen), three children, Joseph Albert and his wife Terri of Australia, Shane Albert and his wife Tammie of Jacksonville, FL, and Toni Albert of Parsippany; a brother, Richard Albert and three grandchildren, Christopher, Erika, and Levi Albert. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Albert.
