I am very saddened at the passing of Sister Marian. Not only was she my high school guidance counselor at the Academy of St. Aloysius, she later became my colleague and good friend during my tenure as Spanish teacher there. We stayed in touch through our get togethers over many years - the foursome of Rosemary, Marian, Carmen and Carolyn. She was a lively, vibrant and loving person and she will be sorely missed. SISTER MARIAN WAS MY FRENCH TEACHER AT BLESSED SACRAMENT HIGH SCHOOL IN JAMAICA PLAIN. THE STUDENTS LIKED HER VERY MUCH. SHE WAS VERY YOUNG WHEN SHE TAUGHT THERE. MY SISTER MAUREEN WATTS AND A FRIEND MARILYN SCOTT WERE VERY CLOSE TO HER AND KEPT IN TOUCH. SHE WILL BE MISSED. GERRY KANE HEALEY
