Obituary of ZORIDA MOHAMMED

Zorida Mohammed (nee Abdul) passed away Wednesday morning, July 26, 2017 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. She was 86. Born and raised in Couva, Trinidad, she had immigrated to the United States over 40 years ago and had lived in Queens, NY and Montville, NJ. A cherished wife, mother and grandmother, Mrs. Mohammed had been a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peeir Mohammed; a son, Zorine Mohammed; a brother, and six sisters. Survivors include five children, Zile Mohammed and his wife Sylvia of New York, Sherine Ghanny and her husband Steve of Montville, Zainool Mohammed and his wife Denisa of Wayne, Aminool Mohammed and his wife Halina of Lake Hiawatha, and Nazroon Javed and her husband Abid of New York; three sisters, Sabina, Kalifin, and Shamoon; fourteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
