Obituary of JOHN JAMES DONAHUE

John James Donahue passed away Monday morning, September 11, 2017 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 86. Born in Ridgefield, NJ to the late John J. and Margaret (Kustner) Donahue, he was raised in Jersey City and had moved to the San Francisco, CA. area in 1960. He had also lived in Clear Creek, CA before returning to New Jersey six years ago, settling in Morristown. Mr. Donahue was a graduate of St. Peter's Prep and St. Peter's University, both of Jersey City, NJ. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Mr. Donahue had operated the John Donahue Book Keeping and Tax Service in Clear Creek, CA for many years retiring 6 years ago. Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by a son, Paul D. Donahue of Lyons, IL.; and two sisters, Sister Gabriel Mary Donahue, SC of Convent Station, NJ and Dorothy Donahue of Morristown.
