Obituary of NIRANJAN M. PATEL

Niranjan M. Patel passed away Sunday morning, February 4, 2018 at St. Clare's Hospital in Dover. He was 82. Born in Kadi, Gujarat, India he immigrated to the United States in 1974 settling in New Jersey and became a United States citizen. He was a resident of Rockaway Township since 1985. Mr. Patel earned his Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy while living in India. He had worked as a research scientist with the Parke-Davis Company of Morris Plains for 16 years, before his retirement in 1995. Survivors include his wife Pushpa N. Patel; son, Devang Patel and his wife Neema of Morris Plains; daughter, Pauravi Patel of Rockaway Township; two brothers, Hasmukh patel and Vikram Patel; two sisters, Nirupama Desai and Shobhna Patel; and a grandson, Akash Patel.
