Sincerest condolences to the family of my friend "*Sandy*" and especially to her son, Dion.
I am happy to have known her and even though I have not seen her in many many years - as we lived so far apart - she was always in my thoughts. I often reminisce on the good times we shared when I lived in New York years ago.
Sandy will be dearly missed.
May her soul Rest In Peace!

My Dear Sister
I feel heartened that I had the opportunity to visit with you last summer. Your face lit up with a broad smile when you recognized that I was standing next to your bed-side. "For real, for real" you repeatedly echoed. We laughed, hugged, cried, reminisced, and was I happy that we were able to spend quality time together. Forgive me for becoming so emotional, but you have no idea how much that visit meant to me. I will forever cherish or last moments together. Gone too soon I say, but God does have the final word and he knows best.
You found the road too hard to trod
The hills too steep to climb
God gently closed your weary eyes
And whispered "Peace be still"
Rest in eternal peace Sandy.

A star was dimmed when Sandy passed on. She was beautiful, kind, friendly and the life of a party. It was a pleasure to have known her. May god bless and keep Dion,her son and John her life partner, that they may go on knowing she is looking down on them. God bless...Yvonne Marshall.
