Obituary of FREDERICK J. RICKERT

Frederick J. Rickert Jr. passed away Wednesday morning, August 1, 2018 at the Boonton Care Center.
Born and raised in New Nork, NY, he was a resident of Saddle Brook before coming to the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany in 1964.
Mr. Rickert served in the United States Army during peacetime as a medic.
He was a book binder with Summit Graphics of Hackensack for 27 years retiring in 2001.
Preceded in death by his wife, Betty L. (nee Martens) in 2001; he is survived by his children, Suzanne Nutman and Frederick J. "Rick" Rickert, III and his wife, Kelly; four grandsons, Stephen Powell, Jonathan Nutman, David Rickert and Logan Rickert; one great-grandson, Grayson Rickert; and his companion Eileen DeGraw.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for donations to the American Cancer Society.
