Parsottam L. Patel passed away Friday morning, September 7, 2018 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 91.
Born in Kandari, India, he immigrated to the United States in 1987 settling in Minneapolis, MN. He moved to Lake Parsippany NJ in 2001.
Mr. Patel had been a farmer in his native India.
He is survived by his wife, Vidhya P. Patel; a son, Devendra Patel of Flanders, NJ; three daughters, Kalavati Patel of Parsippany, Mrudula Patel of Parsippany, and Tarulata Patel of Whippany; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
