Marisa and Family, So sorry for the loss of your mom in this world. I've known Marisa through Ben; Marisa is a wonderful woman and clearly now I understand where she gets that from. Gail seemed to spread goodness all over this world during her time. She left this place better than when she came in from reading about her personal and professional accomplishments. I have lost a parent, a loved one...I understand the pain. But also take the time and effort to celebrate a beautiful life. With Love and Condolences, Paul Swartz and Family

I got to know Gail about 16 years ago, and became a huge fan of her work ethic (handling high goals for her employers), creativity (always having great Halloween costume ideas for a friend's party each year), her great sense of humor, and her huge love of family. During my last conversation with her just 2 weeks ago, I was able to share with her how she has been such a role model of courage, determination, and love. We spoke about the new birth coming next April, and how proud she is of her beautiful family. No words can express how sorry I am for those who love her . Dianne Hartshorn

Marisa, Danielle, Kimi, Barry (and everyone) - words cannot possibly express how awfully I feel. Gail always had just the right thing to say when I was doubting myself or making decisions I had no confidence in. Throughout the last 20+ years, no matter what was going on I knew that if I was home, I could go around the corner and Gail would be there with an open door, a salty joke and her crazy warm heart. Even with the cancer, she was such a strong presence I just assumed she'd be around forever. What a terrible loss for us all, and most especially for you. I am so, so sorry.

I can't remember a special moment in my life when Gail wasn't with me... from 1972 to today, she taught me what it means to love unconditionally, to embrace life's gifts, to be brave in any circumstance, how to laugh until it hurts... a piece of my heart is gone with Gail.
