Obituary of DONALD R. SCOTT

Donald R. Scott passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at his home in Hackensack, NJ. He was 75. Born in Hackensack, NJ, he had lived in Lodi, NJ, and Ramsey, NJ before coming to Hackensack, NJ 20 years ago. He served in the United States Navy during peacetime. Mr. Scott was a truck driver with various companies. Most recently, he worked in that capacity with the Macchione Paving Company of Hackensack before retiring last year. He was a member of the American Legion Post #170 of Rochelle Park and Veterans of Foreign Wars, Saddle Brook Post. Survivors include his daughter, Dawn R. Mazzacaro and her husband Thomas of Montville, NJ, his mother, Shirley (nee Reidy) Stickle of Norwich, NY; a brother, Theodore Stickle of Norwich, NY; and two grandchildren, Sara R. Mazzaccaro and Thomas S. Mazzaccaro. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Scott.
